Information you choose to provide

When you contact RUICHI Trucks & Trailers by email, telephone or WhatsApp, you may provide your name, company, country, destination port, contact details and equipment requirements. Submitting the quote form sends and stores your contact details, country, destination, equipment requirements, language and referral information in our inquiry database. When present, selected campaign fields (UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content) and advertising click identifiers are retained with the inquiry to help identify its source. A saved confirmation means the sales team can view your request. If you also choose WhatsApp, your details are included in the WhatsApp link; you must still send the message there. The website does not ask for bank-card or payment information.

How the information is used

We use inquiry information to answer questions, identify suitable equipment, prepare quotations, arrange inspections and support export or shipping discussions. We do not sell inquiry information.

Website measurement

We record page views, product views, form starts and contact-link clicks, with a random identifier kept in session storage for each browser tab. We store the page path, interface language, referring website and campaign labels. If supplied by our hosting provider, events may also include a country code. Form contact details and message text are not included in these events. Events older than 90 days are removed when subsequent page-view events are processed. Short-lived, hourly hashed network identifiers limit repeated submissions and expire after two hours; cleanup runs on subsequent submissions.

Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok or Microsoft Clarity measurement may run if configured by the website owner. Clarity may record visits and produce click or scroll heatmaps so we can improve the website. The inquiry form is marked for masking in Clarity recordings. These providers process information under their own terms. The first-party dashboard does not require those services.

Third-party services

If you choose WhatsApp, email or another external service, that service processes information under its own privacy terms. Our hosting provider may process basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the website.

Retention and your choices

We retain business correspondence only as reasonably needed for the inquiry, transaction, legal recordkeeping and fraud prevention. You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to records we must keep for legal or contractual reasons.
