Identify the vehicle
Request the VIN or chassis record, model, year, engine and gearbox documents for the exact unit being offered. A catalog photograph is only a starting point.
INSPECTION & REFURBISHMENT
RUICHI coordinates vehicle sourcing, requested checks and preparation for export buyers. The available inspection and refurbishment work depends on the selected unit, access and written agreement. Ask what can be verified before you commit.
FROM SELECTION TO ACCEPTANCE
Request the VIN or chassis record, model, year, engine and gearbox documents for the exact unit being offered. A catalog photograph is only a starting point.
Discuss cold start, engine leaks, transmission, axles, brakes, tires, cab and working equipment as relevant. Inspection access, tests, fees and the person performing them must be agreed for that vehicle.
Write down each requested repair, replacement or cosmetic job before pricing it. Used, refurbished and remanufactured describe different scopes; a label alone does not prove what work was done.
Ask which photos, videos, measurements and parts records can be supplied for the agreed work. A standard workflow does not mean every step has already happened.
Agree the final evidence and acceptance checks in the contract or PI. Compare the prepared vehicle and available documents against the selected unit and written scope before shipment.
SELECTED VEHICLE
Send the model or work application, destination country, quantity and preferred condition. For a selected truck, ask which identity and condition records are currently available.
