Choose by the job, not only the model badge

This is a heavy hydraulic tipping semi-trailer, not a small utility dump trailer. Quote the compatible tractor separately if needed. Specify the body, cylinder, hydraulic supply, connections and unloading-site assessment. An engineer or qualified operator must check stability and loading; this page is not a tipping procedure.

What is included in the price?

Ask for these line items in one currency, with a validity date and named delivery point. An unquoted item is unknown, not free. Do not add a cost twice when it is already included.

Vehicle / equipment
Exact chassis or serial identity, configuration and condition; state whether a trailer or attachment is included.
Preparation and options
Itemized repairs, tires, body, fittings and acceptance evidence; separate optional work.
Inspection
Agreed scope, who performs it, fee and written results. A reference photo is not a passed inspection.
Origin logistics
Inland transport, export handling, loading and packing: identify inclusions and who pays.
Freight and insurance
Named route, shipping method and dated freight; show insurance scope separately when applicable.
Destination costs
Port charges, clearance, duties, taxes and inland delivery: ask a local agent for amounts and exclusions.

Send the job, model, quantity, condition and destination port. Use the optional buying-details field below for dimensions, trailer or attachments; request an itemized dated offer.

EXPORT BUYER GUIDE

Hydraulic tipper semi-trailer buying checklist

This page covers a heavy-duty hydraulic tipping semi-trailer pulled by a tractor truck, not a small utility dump trailer or a rigid dump truck. A new-build enquiry needs a written configuration and an agreed delivery scope; the reference page is not a current-stock offer.

01

Choose tipping layout for the unloading site

State the material, density, loading method, discharge area and whether rear or side tipping is required. Evaluate unloading stability and ground conditions with the trailer designer; body volume alone is not a legal payload rating.

  • Cargo and density
  • Rear or side tipping
  • Unloading clearance
  • Ground and route conditions
02

Match the trailer to your tractor

Provide the tractor model, fifth-wheel height, kingpin specification, air and electrical connections, and available hydraulic or PTO arrangement. Confirm the complete hydraulic circuit and power source in the build specification.

  • Fifth wheel and kingpin
  • Brake and electrical connections
  • Hydraulic power source
  • Axles, tires and suspension
03

Request a drawing and itemized quotation

Ask for agreed dimensions, body material, cylinder specification, axle layout, tare weight and stated design limits. Check local road and axle limits independently, then agree inspection, unloading demonstration, trade term and destination port before ordering.

  • Dimensioned drawing
  • Components and build scope
  • Inspection and tipping test
  • Destination and FOB/CFR/CIF scope

PURCHASING FAQ

Is this the same as a small hydraulic dump trailer?

No. This is a heavy-duty semi-trailer reference for tractor-truck operation. Tell us the towing vehicle and cargo so a small utility trailer, rigid dump truck and tipper semi-trailer are not confused.

What determines the price of a new tipper semi-trailer?

Dimensions, body material, tipping layout, hydraulic cylinder and power source, axles, suspension, tires, quantity and delivery scope determine the quoted build. No fixed price or lead time is confirmed until that configuration is agreed.

Can the advertised capacity be used as the legal road payload?

No. Design limits, tare weight, tractor compatibility, axle limits and destination road rules must all be checked. A catalogue capacity is not an import or road-use approval.
